WP6: Bioinformatics

This work package will integrate data obtained in the previous packages and will apply bioinformatics tools and modeling approaches to (1) provide a complete view of sweet cherry diversity (2) validate available tools for their use in sweet cherry plant –omics projects (3) develop tools for integrative view of sweet cherry results.

SWEETBIOMICS

A combined -omics and bioinformatics approach to generate the atlas of Greek-oriented sweet cherry genetic resources.
SweetBiOmics aims to create and integrate cutting edge genomic, epigenetic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic and phenotypic data with advanced statistical and bioinformatics approaches
