    Eirini Bosmali

    5 Mar 08:17:00 AM

Eirini Bosmali (EB-Female) is a Ph.D. candidate at the laboratory of Food Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).  She gained her graduation in Agricultural Sciences and her Postgraduate in Chemistry and Food Technology. She has highly experienced in molecular techniques (isolation of genomic and plasmid DNA and RNA from plant tissues, DNA digestion with restriction enzymes, gene cloning in plasmid vectors, bacterial treatment) and genetic studies through molecular markers and DNA barcoding. In this project she will work on establishment of molecular markers for sweet cherry while strongly interact with metabolomics and transcriptomics analyses (ES, AX and MM) under the supervision/cooperation with Dr. Panagiotis Madesis and Dr. Ioannis Ganopoulos.
